Louise Frank teaches guestclasses
Homepage
During De Dutch Summer Dance Course 2007 there was for the first time a unique programm 'Dance for the Elderly'.
In this the modern, Limon style based, classes were given by Louise Frank. Motivation, need and passion of the students and teachers was
so big that it evolved in a continuation of classes.
A journey of a dancer and teacher through the brain and body of a saging and aging human being. Some questions popped up::
- How does my brain and physic react to eachother?
- What are my boundaries?
- Do we have the same problems as the younger generations?
- How do I control my borders and still keep them open for, new experiences?
- How do I keep the passion for my own body?
- What do I 'read' when others dance?
- What is the power of an older more experienced dancer?
